The Sabah chapter of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) organised a trip to a fish farm, in Tuaran, this morning. I went along for the experience.
The fish farm was by the river near the mouth of that river ...
... on-shore was the processing shed ...
... while the pontoon walkways had the nets with the fishes ...
... there were quite a few nets, though recently harvested, so only the big fishes and the small ones were left.
"There's a Big One!" ...
... It was a "Big One". At RM300 per kilo (so I was told), it was a few thousand ringgit!
"We're more interested in these ones!" ...
... a "good-sized" Tiger Garoupa ...
... taken ...
... more garoupas available ...
... "This one is MINE!" ...
... weighed ...
... and THE END.
