Zhuangzi's Teachings - Part 2

Zhuangzi's teaching on relativity continues from that in the prior post (Zhuangzi's Teachings - Part 1)

The essence of this parable is presented here, taken from Tsai Chih-Chungs book "Zhuangzi Speaks".

You can do a Google search for the full story. under "Kun-Peng parable by Zhuangzi".

Different persons have different relative perspectives.

Because their perspective is sufficient to serve the purpose in their life.

This parable is the style of Zhuangzi. It illustrates the Laozi's teaching in Chapter 41 of the Daodejing.

This is taken from this book below. The annotations explain more fully the meanings of the short, slightly cryptic verses of Laozi's style.

In another Tsai Chih-Chung's book called "The Dao Speaks", his comic version about Relative Perspectives are more graphic.

He is more blunt. Perhaps because he's talking about the practice of The Dao.

If you have tried reading these Chinese Classics, you might have found them difficult to decipher. I did. Hence, I bought different translations and even graphic comic version.
