I parked at Suria Sabah, and on my way across the lobby, saw it was the
MATTA Fair (20 - 22 August). MATTA is the Association for Travel Agents.

Suria Sabah (Mall) is still half occupied, so it was easy to find a parking space.

As usual, the travel fair had booths of travel agents (taking bookings), Tourism Malaysia & Tourism Sabah (promotion), and promotional booths from some foreign countries and destinations.

There was one from the new Casino Resort in Singapore;
Marina Bay Sands (construction always till the last minute!).

Of course they had a special offer at the Fair (RM750 for 1 night - lots of terms and conditions on the reverse of the flyer).

The Casino Resort was very impressive-looking (2,500 rooms). It is part of the Group owning the Sands in Las Vegas and The Venetian in Macau.

Obviously they want you for their casino, it says "ACTION 24/7"!

Those who rather go with the more familiar, can visit the "Experience Macau" booth.

If you visit the Fair, do look for the booth (a Travel Agent) where there was a "holographic" display. Cool, but slightly dim, possibly a viable future display technology.
